SAP Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Process Principal Consultant for the Customer Industry Solutions (CIS) team. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves contributing to SAP's global impact, where innovations help over four hundred thousand customers worldwide operate more efficiently and utilize business insights effectively. Role Overview

The Business Process Principal Consultant will join SAP's Customer Industry Solutions (CIS) team, a global group of industry experts combining deep domain knowledge with advanced AI engineering. This position requires significant domain depth and the ability to influence engineering teams, product managers, and customer executives. A core expectation of this role is to guide stakeholders in defining precise use cases, asking pertinent value questions, and bridging the gap between AI potential and business implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer innovation engagements, including discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders, to identify, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities that can transform customer operations and growth.
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases by translating business challenges into implementable AI solutions, utilizing AI tools to refine requirements, agent architecture, KPIs, and quantified value metrics.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of use cases from discovery to deployment, which includes defining requirements, building prototypes and acceptance criteria, collaborating with engineering, and validating business outcomes.
• Deliver measurable customer value rapidly through a fast, iterative model, aiming for production within weeks.
• Contribute to the Industry AI portfolio by converting customer learnings into industry-specific AI assets and accelerators, complete with documented financial and operational value for global reusability across SAP.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following:

• Over 6 years of deep industry expertise in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries, with operational knowledge of process breakdowns and value creation through transformation.
• Hands-on AI use case expertise in defining Agentic AI solutions, with a focus on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
• A proven track record in product definition and delivery, or in leading business transformation initiatives, capable of translating complex challenges into structured programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, and co-innovation engagements, navigating complex organizational dynamics with emotional intelligence.
• Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills to identify high-impact AI opportunities and develop clear paths to executable solutions.
• Strong business acumen and value orientation, enabling the translation of AI opportunities into quantified business cases with realistic KPIs and ROI timelines.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and clean-core, cloud-first architecture principles.
