الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
أداء أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية الروتينية والوقائية والطوارئ وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
مراقبة أداء وحدات الإنتاج والتأكد من عملها ضمن الحدود التشغيلية المحددة، وتوثيق أي ملاحظات قد تؤثر على كفاءة المعدات.
تحديد الأدوات والمعدات اللازمة للصيانة، تقييم جاهزيتها، وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية لضمان توافرها المستمر.
تنظيم وتخزين أدوات الصيانة في مواقعها المخصصة، والمحافظة عليها بشكل صحيح، والتأكد من التخلص الصحيح من مخلفات الصيانة.
تنفيذ أعمال الإصلاح الميكانيكي مثل اللحام، والقطع، وتجديد الأجزاء المستبدلة لضمان جاهزيتها وكفاءتها.
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة قبل بدء العمل، بما في ذلك التحقق من التصاريح اللازمة ونماذج الإيقاف/التسمية.
إجراء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها المشرف المباشر.
دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance work in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Monitor the performance of production units and ensure they operate within designated operational limits, reporting any observations that may affect equipment efficiency.
Identify the tools and equipment required for maintenance, assess their readiness, and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure their continuous availability.
Organize and store maintenance tools in their designated locations, maintain them properly, and ensure proper disposal of maintenance waste.
Carry out mechanical repair work such as welding, cutting, and refurbishing replaced parts to ensure their readiness and efficiency.
Comply with safety procedures before starting work, including verifying the necessary permits and lockout/tagout forms.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
