تبحث Penspen عن مهندس بيئي كبير ذو خبرة لــ مدير HSE بدوام كامل مقره في الخفجي، المنطقة الشرقية. هذا الدور حاسم لمشروع قادم، يتطلب محترفاً ذو خلفية قوية في إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة الصارمة والامتثال التنظيمي.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على إدارة HSE بشكل شامل طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- تقديم مدخلات وإرشادات HSE خلال تصميم الهندسة الأولية FEED ومراحل التصميم التفصيلية.
- إدارة والإشراف على المقاولين البحريين لضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات HSE.
- ضمان الالتزام الكامل بجميع متطلبات الامتثال التنظيمي ذات الصلة.
- تنفيذ والصيانة للمعايير الدولية للسلامة عبر جميع أنشطة المشروع.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة
- حد أدنى من 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة HSE.
- خلفية قوية مثبتة في مبادئ وممارسات إدارة HSE.
- خبرة في عمليات FEED والتصميم.
- قدرة مثبتة على إشراف المقاولين البحريين.
- فهم عميق لإطارات الامتثال التنظيمي.
- الإلمام والقدرة على تطبيق المعايير الدولية للسلامة.

The Role: Senior Environmental Engineer HSE Manager
Penspen is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer HSE Manager for a full-time position based in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. This role is critical for an upcoming project, requiring a professional with a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management to ensure adherence to stringent safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing comprehensive HSE management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Providing HSE input and guidance during Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design phases.
- Managing and supervising offshore contractors to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensuring full adherence to all relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
- Implementing and maintaining international safety standards across all project activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in HSE management.
- Demonstrated strong background in HSE management principles and practices.
- Experience with FEED and design processes.
- Proven capability in offshore contractor oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with and ability to implement international safety standards.
