About the Role

Al Husson Model Schools for Girls seek a Student Activities Specialist to join its team in Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role aims to develop and organize students' extracurricular activities, contributing to building their character and comprehensive development.

Job Purpose

The Student Activities Specialist is responsible for establishing and developing strategies, policies, and procedures for extracurricular activities. This includes proposing standards based on local experiences and international practices, organizing student participation in meaningful activities that align with their interests and desires. The role also undertakes reporting and documentation related to student activities and their retention in the database according to approved policies and procedures.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines for students' extracurricular activities, and propose standards in light of local experiences and international practices.
• Coordinate student participation in meaningful activities in line with their interests and desires.
• Analyze the outcomes of student activities and evaluate their impact on shaping and developing students’ personalities.
• Develop methods and procedures for building students’ character and keeping up with scientific and technological advancements in the field of student activities.
• Prepare documents and reports related to student activities, recommend appropriate measures, present and clarify them, and store them in the related database according to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jubail City, Eastern Province, within a supportive educational environment aimed at enhancing students’ abilities and developing their skills.
