Wesam Al-Ittihad Contracting Company announces its need to hire a Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor to join its team in Hofuf, Eastern Province. Role Objective

The Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of applying all laws, regulatory requirements, and instructions related to safety and occupational health in the company facilities. This includes monitoring environmental factors, effectively investigating accidents and injuries, as well as developing and implementing safety procedures and preparing the necessary reports to ensure ongoing compliance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and emergency inspections at work sites to ensure occupational safety and health, recording results and comparing them with the approved standards.
• Prepare and use environmental measurement devices such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration, document results, and follow up on hazard mitigation with relevant authorities.
• Prepare accident investigation materials, conduct necessary investigations, and document their findings.
• Prepare occupational safety and health instructions and procedures, safe work instructions and evacuation, and raise employee awareness about them.
• Prepare and present periodic work reports, document and store them in an organized manner.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of occupational health and safety or a related field.
• Good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements related to safety and occupational health.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and document information accurately.
• Effective communication skills to educate employees and coordinate efforts.
