Manager / Senior Manager – Development Cenomi Centers | Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
Role Purpose Support the planning and development of retail and mixed use real estate projects from early opportunity assessment through design and pre-construction, ensuring projects are commercially viable and aligned with Cenomi Centers’ development strategy.
Key Responsibilities Lead assigned retail development projects through planning, design, approvals and pre-construction. Conduct and evaluate real estate market research, demand and supply analysis to support development decisions. Prepare and review development financial models, feasibility studies, business cases and project budgets. Assess and screen new development opportunities, including site potential, commercial viability and investment considerations. Support land acquisition and development transactions through financial and development assessments. Develop high-level project concepts, positioning strategies and development briefs. Manage pre-concept and early-stage design, working with consultants to ensure commercially viable and operationally efficient solutions. Support mall planning, tenant mix and retail commercial strategy in coordination with Leasing and Asset Management. Contribute to asset business plans, development strategy and investment recommendations. Coordinate with Development, Leasing, Finance, Asset Management, Operations, consultants and external stakeholders. Prepare clear management presentations and development recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Finance, Engineering or a related field.5–7 years of relevant experience for Manager or 7–10 years for Senior Manager. Strong experience in retail and/or mixed use real estate development. Hands-on experience in financial modelling, feasibility studies, market research and development opportunity assessment. Good understanding of land acquisition, design management, mall planning, tenant mix and development strategy. Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
