Job Description

The holder of this position has direct responsibility for selling a variety of foods and beverages to customers. The role includes providing accurate and comprehensive information about available products and their prices, in addition to managing all aspects of payment processes and receiving payments from customers. This role aims to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Sell foods and beverages to customers effectively.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and prices to customers.
• Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and to keep the store organized and tidy.
• Place purchase orders for products when needed and handle incoming products.
• Manage payment processes and accurately receive payments from customers.
• Handle product replacements and returns according to the approved policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

This role requires hands-on experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in sales or customer service. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively and courteously with customers to ensure exceptional service.

Job Details

Sikka United Food Service Company offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 4000 to 4500 for this role. The position is full-time and based in Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
