The Opportunity: Cost Control & Planning Engineer

Mission Consultant Engineering is seeking a Cost Control & Planning Engineer who is a Saudi Citizen to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee project cost planning, tracking, and variance analysis, ensuring that all projects remain within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update comprehensive cost reports.
• Monitor project expenditures against established forecasts.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify potential cost risks and opportunities.
• Provide support for various project control processes.
• Validate contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the effective management of project changes.
• Deliver clear, insightful cost-related information and reports to management.
• Adhere to company standards and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management practices.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in cost control and planning engineering.
• Must be a Saudi Citizen.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee project cost planning, tracking, and variance analysis.
