Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field. Early career professional (0-2 years of experience) with academic exposure to IT infrastructure, systems support, networking, cybersecurity, or software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective IT solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams, end users, and internal stakeholders while providing technical support. Proactive and eager to learn, with demonstrated capability in supporting system operations, user access management, IT documentation, and technology improvement initiatives. Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple technical tasks, learning new technologies, and maintaining high standards of service quality and security.
