About the Role

IKH Fashion House is seeking a Fashion Designer to join our boutique team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for a professional with 0-1 years of experience who can integrate creative design skills with client interaction and sales capabilities. The role focuses on contributing to a refined and personalized luxury shopping experience for our clientele.

Role Context

The Fashion Designer will be a key member of the boutique team, responsible for translating client visions into distinctive designs while upholding the brand's identity. This involves direct engagement with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice, and guiding them through the design and purchasing process within a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present fashion designs that align with the brand’s identity and aesthetic.
• Meet with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and specific occasions.
• Provide professional advice on silhouettes, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and design details.
• Translate clients’ ideas and preferences into elegant and distinctive designs.
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional boutique experience.
• Support the sales process by presenting suitable designs and products, assisting clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Follow up on client requests, alterations, and design details to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, luxury fashion, and emerging design concepts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of proven experience in Fashion Design, preferably within Luxury Fashion, Evening Wear, Bridal, or Couture.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, tailoring, embellishments, and fashion construction.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Professional appearance and communication suitable for a luxury boutique environment.
