Trading and Development Partnership is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer (Substations) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to our power infrastructure projects, focusing on the comprehensive management of substation developments.

The Role of Project Engineer (Substations)

The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing substation projects from their initial stages through to successful completion. This involves critical functions such as site coordination, managing contractors, conducting design reviews, and ensuring stringent compliance with site safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily project operations for power infrastructure sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within defined scope, and under budget.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, external contractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor site safety protocols, quality control measures, and environmental standards.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, project schedules, and technical documentation.
• Resolve site technical issues and manage all testing and commissioning activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in power systems, with a specific focus on substation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, site operations, and safety compliance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active involvement in site operations and coordination with various stakeholders.
