Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces for digital products.
- Define and maintain design systems and components using Figma, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the design process.
- Contribute creative insights and solutions to enhance product usability and visual appeal.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually elevate the quality of designs.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer.
- Proven expertise in working with design systems, demonstrated through a portfolio of prior projects.
- Proficiency in defining and updating design systems and components in Figma.
- Essential experience in product design.
- Familiarity with the Financial Services (FS) or banking industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Environment and Compensation
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of SAR 30,000, in addition to benefits.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لتصميم وتنفيذ واجهات المستخدم للمنتجات الرقمية.
- تعريف وصيانة أنظمة ومكوّنات التصميم باستخدام Figma، لضمان الاتساق والكفاءة في عملية التصميم.
- المساهمة بإسهامات وأفكار إبداعية لتعزيز قابلية استخدام المنتج وجاذبيته البصرية.
- مواكبة اتجاهات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات لرفع جودة التصاميم بشكل مستمر.
المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة
- حد أدنى من 5 سنوات خبرة عملية كمصمم UX/UI أول.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع أنظمة التصميم، كما يتضح من محفظة مشاريع سابقة.
- الكفاءة في تعريف وتحديث أنظمة ومكوّنات التصميم في Figma.
- خبرة أساسية في تصميم المنتج.
- الإلمام بقطاع الخدمات المالية أو المصرفية أمر مفيد ولكنه ليس إلزامياً.
