شركة سعودية للألبان والمواد الغذائية (SADAFCO) تسعى إلى تعيين مساعد مدير الحسابات الرئيسية لقيادة وتوسيع شراكاتها الاستراتيجية مع الحسابات الرئيسية الوطنية والإقليمية. يقع مقرها في جدة ومكة، وهذا الدور بدوام كامل يشمل الإشراف على محفظة من الحسابات والفرق التي تديرها. المسؤول عن تحويل الاستراتيجية التجارية إلى تنفيذ على مستوى الحساب، drive growth اللقيمة، ورفع مستوى علاقات العملاء إلى مستويات صانعي القرار لدى كبار العملاء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تملك استراتيجية العلاقة الشاملة لمحفظة من الحسابات الرئيسية، مع العمل كنقطة التصعيد الكبرى وحامل العلاقة على المستوى التنفيذي.
- تحديد إطار أولويات الحساب، مع ضمان توجيه الموارد والاستثمار نحو فرص النمو ذات القيمة العالية.
- تمثيل الشركة في المراجعات التجارية على مستوى كبار المسئولين، والاجتماعات من مستوى إلى مستوى، والمفاوضات الاستراتيجية مع قيادة العملاء.
- قيادة أو الإشراف المباشر على تفاوض الاتفاقيات التجارية الكبرى وشروط التداول والعقود السنوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات رفيعة المستوى مع صانعي قرارات العملاء لضمان شراكات طويلة الأمد مفيدة للطرفين.
- التنبؤ بتغيرات السوق والعملاء وتعديل استراتيجية الحساب بشكل استباقي.
قيادة الفريق والتطوير
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق مديري الحسابات الرئيسية، وتحديد KPIs واضحة ومحاسبة الفريق على أداء الحساب.
- إجراء إدارة الأداء، وتطوير المواهب، وخطة التعاقب ضمن الفريق.
- بناء القدرات التجارية والتفاوض عبر الفريق من خلال التدريب، والمراجعات المنظمة، ومشاركة المعرفة.
- ضمان اتساق معايير التخطيط للحساب، والتوقعات، وجودة التقارير عبر جميع الحسابات المُدارة.
الاستراتيجية التجارية والإشراف المالي
- امتلاك عملية التخطيط التجاري السنوية المشتركة (JBP) عبر محفظة الحسابات، والتأكد من أن الخطط مدعومة بالبيانات ومتوافقة مع الاستراتيجية التجارية والفئة الشاملة.
- تحديد استراتيجية الاستثمار التجاري على مستوى المحفظة والموافقة على تخصيص ميزانية الترويج/الخصومات بناءً على العائد على الاستثمار والأولوية الاستراتيجية.
- امتلاك توقعات مبيعات المحفظة وتحمل المسؤولية عن دقتها، بالعمل عن كثب مع قيادة تخطيط الطلب وسلسلة الإمداد.
- إدارة أداء P&L على مستوى المحفظة (المبيعات، عائد الإنفاق التجاري، حصة السوق، مساهمة EBIT) والتقارير مقابل الأهداف إلى القيادة العليا.
- مراجعة اتجاهات التنفيذ في السوق عبر الحسابات، وتحديد الثغرات النظامية وتوجيه استراتيجيات تصحيحية.
- امتلاك حوكمة الإنفاق التجاري والخصومات وميزانيات استثمار العملاء عبر المحفظة، والتأكد من الامتثال للميزانيات المعتمدة وسياسة الشركة.
- الشراكة مع المالية في تخطيط الميزانية، تدقيق المطالبات، وحوكمة المصالحة، لضمان السلامة المالية عبر جميع الحسابات.
- الموافقة على الخصومات/النزاعات التي تتجاوز سلطة KAM ومراقبة اتجاهات الخصم والتأخر في المحفظة.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- 8–12 عامًا من الخبرة التطويرية في المبيعات أو إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية ضمن FMCG أو صناعة مشابهة.
- على الأقل 2–3 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة فريق أو قيادة أشخاص.
- سجل حافل في إدارة حسابات وطنية كبيرة ومعقدة وميزانيات تجارية متعددة الملايين.
- مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel، وراحة في العمل باستخدام أدوات BI/التقارير.
الكفاءات المطلوبة
- تفكير استراتيجي مع فطنة تجارية ومالية قوية (ملك P&L).
- مهارات تفاوض وتنظيم علاقات تنفيذية على مستوى عالٍ.
- إثبات قدرات قيادية فاعلة، بما في ذلك التدريب، إدارة الأداء، وتطوير الفريق.
- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة، قادرة على ترجمة بيانات المحفظة إلى توصيات استراتيجية.

About the Role
Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking an Associate Director Key Accounts to lead and expand its strategic partnerships with major national and regional key accounts. Based in Jeddah and Makkah, this full-time role involves overseeing a portfolio of accounts and the teams managing them. The Associate Director is responsible for translating commercial strategy into account-level execution, driving sustainable, profitable growth, and elevating customer relationships to senior decision-maker levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall relationship strategy for a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the senior escalation point and executive-level relationship holder.
- Set the account prioritization framework, ensuring resources and investment are directed toward high-value growth opportunities.
- Represent the company in senior-level business reviews, top-to-top meetings, and strategic negotiations with customer leadership.
- Lead or directly oversee the negotiation of major commercial agreements, trading terms, and annual contracts with key customers.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer decision-makers to secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Anticipate market and customer shifts and proactively adjust account strategy.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, setting clear KPIs and holding the team accountable for account performance.
- Conduct performance management, talent development, and succession planning within the team.
- Build commercial and negotiation capability across the team through coaching, structured reviews, and knowledge-sharing.
- Ensure consistent standards of account planning, forecasting, and reporting quality across all managed accounts.
Commercial Strategy and Financial Oversight
- Own the annual joint business planning (JBP) process across the account portfolio, ensuring plans are data-backed and aligned with overall commercial and category strategy.
- Set portfolio-level trade investment strategy and approve promotional/rebate budget allocation based on ROI and strategic priority.
- Own the portfolio's sales forecast and be accountable for its accuracy, working closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain leadership.
- Manage portfolio-level P&L performance (sales, trade spend ROI, market share, EBIT contribution) and report against targets to senior leadership.
- Review in-market execution trends across accounts, identifying systemic gaps and directing corrective strategies.
- Own governance of trade spend, rebates, and customer investment budgets across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and company policy.
- Partner with Finance on budget planning, claims audits, and reconciliation governance, ensuring financial integrity across all accounts.
- Approve deductions/disputes exceeding KAM authority and monitor deduction trends and aging across the portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Sales or Key Account Management within FMCG or a similar industry.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a people-management or team-lead capacity.
- Proven track record managing large, complex national accounts and multi-million-value trade budgets.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and comfort working with BI/reporting tools.
