Al-Taqaddum Medical Company is looking for a Public Relations Writer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The incumbent in this full-time role will be responsible for following up and supervising the delivery of pre-prepared orders to Nobco’s warehouses, hospitals, centers, and government agencies. The role includes completing all delivery procedures and receiving approved documents, in effective coordination with company representatives and warehouse staff. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow up on delivery procedures for orders at Nobco warehouses and government hospitals and centers.
- Coordinate with company representatives and warehouse staff to ensure orders and documents are ready before the delivery date.
- Go to various delivery sites and directly supervise the completion of order reception and delivery procedures.
- Careful monitoring of delivery documents and ensuring all required signatures, seals, and approvals are complete.
- Address comments related to delivery operations and coordinate with concerned parties to resolve them effectively.
- Submit periodic and regular reports on delivery status and any operational notes or challenges that may arise.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a related field.
- Good knowledge of delivery procedures and handling Nobco warehouses, hospitals, and government entities.
- Ability to work in the field and travel between different delivery sites.
