About the Opportunity

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and optimize the entire process from poultry intake through to the production of specified poultry products. The Team Manager will be instrumental in driving team performance to achieve defined management parameters, focusing on efficiency, minimizing loss-in-process, and ensuring zero non-conformance. This includes a continuous commitment to upholding product specifications, quality control, and safety protocols across all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a self-directing, multi-functional team, fostering an environment of efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee the efficient intake of poultry, ensuring smooth and timely processing operations.
• Direct the processing of specified poultry products, ensuring output meets defined standards and volumes.
