المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إجراء فحوص الجودة لأنشطة تركيب الكهرباء والأجهزة.
- فحص تمديد الكابلات، إنهاء الكابلات، التغليف، والتأريض.
- إجراء فحص لتركيب الأجهزة، الأنابيب، خطوط الاستجابة، صناديق التوصيل، وأجهزة الميدان.
- التحقق من معايرة الأجهزة والتأكد من الامتثال للإجراءات المعتمدة.
- شهود الاختبار مثل الاستمرارية، مقاومة العزل (IR)، فحص الحلقة، والاختبار الوظيفي.
- مراجعة خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs)، إجراءات الجودة، وبيانات الطريقة.
- إعداد والحفاظ على تقارير الفحص، وقوائم الثغرات، وسجلات الجودة.
- التنسيق مع فرق البناء، QA/QC، وممثلي العميل خلال عمليات التفتيش.
- التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال تتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع، والكودات المعمول بها، والمعايير الدولية.
- رفع ومتابعة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والإجراءات التصحيحية.

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كفاحِص E & I QC. دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I). مدة العقد: 6 أشهر - 1 سنة. خبرة إلزامية في مشاريع النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات. معرفة جيدة بإجراءات فحص الكهرباء والأجهزة والمعايير الدولية. خبرة في إعداد وثائق الجودة وتقارير الفحص. القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية، P&IDs، رسومات الحلقة، مخططات الأسلاك، والمواصفات الفنية. مهارات اتصال وتنسيق قوية.
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced E & I QC Inspector with a strong background in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, testing, and documentation for electrical and instrumentation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. Contract Period: 6 Months-1 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections for electrical and instrumentation installation activities.
- Inspect cable laying, cable termination, glanding, and earthing works.
- Conduct inspections of instrument installation, tubing, impulse lines, junction boxes, and field instruments.
- Verify calibration of instruments and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Witness testing activities such as continuity, insulation resistance (IR), loop checking, and functional testing.
- Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and method statements.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, punch lists, and quality records.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and client representatives during inspections.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and international standards.
- Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience as an E & I QC Inspector . Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I). Contract Duration: 6 Months-1 Year Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. Good knowledge of electrical and instrumentation inspection procedures and international standards. Experience in preparing quality documentation and inspection reports. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. Strong communication and coordination skills.
