Position Objective:Create and produce end-to-end creative content (ideation, filming, editing, and presenting) tailored for digital platforms, driving audience engagement and strengthening brand presence. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently producing content from concept to publication.

Key Responsibilities:Develop creative content ideas tailored to each platform (Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, You Tube, etc.). Film and produce content, including both videos and photos, and appear on camera when required. Edit content independently, including cutting, pacing, sound design, captions, and basic motion graphics, delivering content ready for publishing. Write short scripts and compelling hooks that capture audience attention within the first few seconds. Monitor trends and viral topics, adapting them into content that aligns with the brand. Collaborate with video editors and designers on larger-scale productions requiring advanced creative execution. Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning by preparing content ideas in advance. Analyze content performance, including views, engagement, and reach, and optimize future content accordingly. Qualifications & Skills:Strong creative mindset with a deep understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior. Proven video editing skills using tools such as Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar software. Experience in mobile and/or camera-based content production, including basic lighting and audio setup. Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content when required. Highly engaged with social media trends and capable of quickly transforming trends into content ideas. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging hooks and content concepts. Ability to independently produce complete content from filming to editing and publishing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to consistently deliver content on schedule. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
