About the Role

Al-Khudhari Travel and Tourism Agency is looking for a Travel Ticket Writer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role aims to provide comprehensive travel services to clients, including booking flight tickets, hotels, and organizing various trips. The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out activities related to travel arrangements to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for clients.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Market, sell, and organize travel ticket offers and trips for various modes of transportation.
• Arrange travel and tour bookings for clients, by land, air, or sea, in coordination with travel agencies and tour operators.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding ticket bookings, tours, transportation options, and desired destinations.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and key clients, implementing effective solutions and delivering high-quality service.
• Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a related field.
• Ability to handle booking systems and provide excellent customer service.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills and tactful interaction with clients and suppliers.
