Overview of the Role

Asrar Al-Asrar Trading Company is seeking a full-time Cashier Accountant to join its team in Hail. This role aims to manage daily financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. The role requires practical experience ranging from two to five years in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Count and record monetary amounts on the cash register at the start of the shift, ensuring an adequate amount of small denominations is available.
• Receive payments in cash or by credit card or any other approved payment methods, settle the remaining amounts, and issue appropriate receipts.
• Continuously update price lists, calculate prices of goods or services, prepare billing tables, and apply discounts when necessary.
• Cash reconciliation of incoming cash against total sales at the end of the shift, reporting any discrepancies or reconciling them according to established procedures.
• Interact politely with customers and accommodate their requests to add or remove items from purchase lists.

Qualifications & Experience

• Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the role of Cashier Accountant or a similar field.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Commitment to accuracy and integrity in all financial dealings.
