About the Role

The National Medical Group, a one-person company, is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join its team in Hail. This full-time role aims to review and develop public relations policies, prepare effective communication plans for targeted sectors, and implement them. It also focuses on improving the public image and enhancing the reputation of the relevant entity by building strong relationships and managing communications.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Study and review the current public relations policy of the entity, evaluate its impact, and continuously propose ways to develop and improve it.
• Establish and build effective communication channels with clients and internal and external partners to activate, improve, and enhance the entity’s image and reputation and increase the effectiveness of its operations.
• Monitor preparations and necessary arrangements for receiving official delegations and distinguished visitors, ensuring their needs during the visit, and coordinate with relevant departments regarding transport schedules and arranging site tours to inform them about the entity.
• Build constructive and sustainable working relationships at a high level of professionalism with external entities, subsidiaries, and affiliated institutions and companies, and assess the impact of these relationships on the entity’s objectives.
• Prepare specialized public relations documents and reports, present recommendations and suitable solutions, present and clarify them, and store them in its database according to adopted policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in public relations or a related field.
• Ability to prepare specialized reports and documents and present them clearly.
• Commitment to approved policies and procedures at work.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Arabic.
• Ability to build and manage professional relationships with different internal and external parties.
• Skills in organizing and coordinating events and welcoming delegations efficiently.
• Ability to think analytically and assess the impact of public relations policies and programs.
• Proficiency in preparing professional presentations and reports.

Job Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia.
