الدور: أخصائي إدارة المواد
تسعى Air Products إلى تعيين أخصائي إدارة المواد بدوام كامل في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. الدور مسؤول عن إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار والاستهلاكات للمرافق، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق العملية والصيانة. الهدف الأساسي هو الحفاظ على توازن مُحسَّن بين تكاليف المصنع وعدم توفر المعدات، مع مراعاة تكاليف رأس المال في المخزون، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الأعمال. سيمد الاختصاصي الدعم اليومي للإدارة الآمنة والموثوقة والفعّالة لفاتورة المواد ومخزون المستودعات من خلال استخدام SAP، مع التعاون مع الموارد الداخلية والخارجية.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- بناء وإدخال بيانات قائمة المواد (BOM) ومواقع التخزين في SAP، كما يقدِّمها الموردون.
- تحديد المستوى الصحيح من قطع الغيار للمرافق التشغيلية بناءً على التوفر في البلد لتلبية احتياجات الأعمال.
- إدارة التزويد العام للمصنع، بما في ذلك إعداد وإدارة مخازن 'المنطقة'.
- تقديم الدعم للمستودع أثناء تشغيل المصنع والصيانات المجدولة.
- الحفاظ على دقة الرقابة على المخزون وتحسين مستويات المخزون.
- إدارة شحن ومراقبة قطع الغيار الخاصة بالمرافق داخليًا وخارجيًا.
- الإشراف على برنامج استبدال المخزون وبرنامج فحص مخزون المخزون.
- ترتيب النقل الطارئ مع البائعين حسب الحاجة.
- توفير التدريب والدعم في أساليب إدارة جرد المنتجات الصلبة ومعاملات SAP.
- العمل مع فرق التشغيل والصيانة لفهم مشاكل المصنع وتنفيذ حلول فعّالة من حيث التكلفة للحل، مع ضمان رضا العملاء فيما يتعلق بالسلامة والموثوقية وجودة المنتج والمرونة في إمداد المنتج.
القيادة في السلامة والامتثال
سيقدم صاحب العمل ويحافظ على بيئة عمل آمنة، مع إظهار القيادة بجميع عمليات العمل الآمنة للشركة والصناعة لمنع الإصابات. ويشمل ذلك ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة، والوفاء بمتطلبات السلامة الإلزامية، والمساهمة في تطوير إجراءات EH&S المتعلقة بدعم أنشطة المستودع. كما تنطوي الدور على إدارة التخزين الآمن للقطع الرأسمالية في الموقع وخارجه، والإشراف على مقاولين المستودع لضمان اتباع فلسفة السلامة والموثوقية لجميع الأنشطة المرتبطة بالمواقع المعينة.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- من 5 إلى 10 سنوات خبرة في إدارة المواد والمخازن، ويفضل في بيئة صناعية.
- التمكن من SAP لإدارة قائمة المواد والمخزون أمر أساسي.
- فهم قوي لسيطرة المخزون وتحسينه ولوجستيات سلسلة الإمداد.
- القدرة على فهم المتطلبات التنظيمية البيئية.
- القدرة المثبتة على ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة وأفضل الممارسات لإدارة المستودعات.
الدعم التشغيلي والالتزام
يتطلب هذا المنصب بدوام كامل تعاونًا وثيقًا مع فرق العمليات والصيانة لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف التشغيلية. يتضمن الدور تقديم الدعم خلال فترات حاسمة مثل تشغيل المصنع، والصيانات المجدولة، والتناوبات (TAR)، لضمان توفر القطع والمواد لفريق الموقع. جانب أساسي من هذا المنصب هو شرط توفر الاستجابة للطوارئ 7 أيام في الأسبوع، 24 ساعة يوميًا، لضمان استمرارية الدعم التشغيلي.

The Role: Material Management Specialist
Air Products is seeking a Material Management Specialist for a full-time position in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing the spare parts inventory and consumables for facilities, working closely with Operations & Maintenance teams. The primary objective is to maintain an optimized balance between plant costs and equipment unavailability, considering the costs of capital in inventory, in line with business requirements. The specialist will provide daily support for the safe, reliable, and efficient management of the bill of materials and warehouse inventory through the use of SAP, collaborating with internal and external resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enter Bill of Materials (BOM) data and stored locations into SAP, as provided by suppliers.
- Determine the correct level of spare parts for operational facilities based on in-country availability to meet business needs.
- Manage general plant provisioning, including the setup and management of 'zone' stores.
- Provide warehouse support during plant commissioning and scheduled outages.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and optimize stock levels.
- Manage the shipment and control of facility spares, both inward and outward.
- Oversee the stock replacement program and the stock inventory check program.
- Arrange emergency transport with vendors as required.
- Provide training and support in "hard goods" inventory management methods and SAP transactions.
- Work with operations and maintenance teams to understand plant issues and execute cost-effective solutions for resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction on safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility on product supply.
Safety and Compliance Leadership
The incumbent will provide and maintain a safe work environment, demonstrating leadership with all company and industry safe work processes to prevent injuries. This includes ensuring compliance with company safety, health, and environment standards, fulfilling mandatory safety requirements, and contributing to the development of EH&S related procedures in support of warehouse activities. The role also involves managing the safe storage of capital spares both onsite and offsite, and supervising warehouse contractors to ensure the safety and reliability philosophy is followed for all assigned site-related activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in material and warehouse management, preferably within an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in SAP for managing bill of materials and inventory is essential.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock optimization, and supply chain logistics.
- Ability to understand environmental regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices for warehouse management.
Operational Support and Commitment
This full-time position requires close collaboration with operations and maintenance teams to ensure alignment with operational objectives. The role involves providing support during critical periods such as plant commissioning, scheduled outages, and turnarounds (TAR), ensuring spares and materials are available to the site team. An essential aspect of this position is the requirement for emergency response availability 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to ensure continuous operational support.
