Responsibilities: Supervising the execution of all electrical works on site. Designing and reviewing electrical schematics and Shop Drawings and ensuring their compliance with the approved specifications. Monitoring electrical installations and low/medium voltage systems according to the project scope. Supervising the installation of cables, distribution boards, lighting systems, and power systems. Coordinating with civil and mechanical teams to ensure seamless progress of works. Preparing quantities (Quantity Survey) for electrical works and required materials. Reviewing and approving electrical materials and equipment before installation. Conducting necessary tests and inspections for electrical works and ensuring they meet specifications. Monitoring the project schedule and ensuring works are completed according to the approved plan. Participating in preliminary and final handover and project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience of 5 to 8 years in executing electrical works on construction or real estate projects. Good knowledge of electrical power systems and lighting, and low current systems. Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in design software for electrical works, especially REVIT and AUTOCAD. Strong on-site supervisory and team management skills. Ability to solve technical problems and make quick decisions. Effective communication and coordination skills.
