نبذة عن الوظيفة:
يتولى استشاري العناية المركزة مسؤولية تشخيص وعلاج وإدارة الحالات الحرجة التي تتطلب رعاية طبية متقدمة داخل وحدة العناية المركزة. يعمل على قيادة الفريق الطبي، ووضع الخطط العلاجية، والإشراف على جودة الرعاية الصحية بما يضمن تحقيق أفضل النتائج للمرضى وفقًا للمعايير الطبية المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
تقييم وتشخيص المرضى ذوي الحالات الحرجة ووضع الخطط العلاجية المناسبة.
الإشراف على علاج المرضى داخل وحدة العناية المركزة ومتابعة تطور حالتهم بشكل مستمر.
إدارة أجهزة دعم الحياة مثل أجهزة التنفس الصناعي ومراقبة المؤشرات الحيوية.
إجراء التدخلات والإجراءات الطبية اللازمة للحالات الحرجة.
التنسيق مع الأطباء من مختلف التخصصات لضمان تقديم رعاية متكاملة.
الإشراف على الأطباء المقيمين وأخصائيي العناية المركزة والطاقم التمريضي.
الاستجابة السريعة للحالات الطارئة وحالات الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي.
توثيق السجلات الطبية والتقارير وفق الأنظمة والسياسات المعتمدة.
الالتزام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى وسلامة المرضى والجودة.
المشاركة في برامج التعليم الطبي المستمر والأنشطة العلمية وتحسين الجودة.
About the Job:
The intensivist is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing critically ill patients requiring advanced medical care within the Intensive Care Unit. He/she leads the medical team, develops treatment plans, and oversees the quality of healthcare to ensure the best patient outcomes in accordance with established medical standards.
Responsibilities:
Assessing and diagnosing critically ill patients and developing appropriate treatment plans.
Supervising patient care in the ICU and continuously monitoring their condition.
Managing life-support equipment such as ventilators and monitoring vital signs.
Performing necessary medical interventions for critical cases.
Coordinating with doctors from various specialties to ensure integrated care.
Supervising resident physicians, intensivists, and nursing staff.
Rapid response to emergencies and cardiopulmonary resuscitation situations.
Documenting medical records and reports in accordance with policies and regulations.
Adhering to infection control standards, patient safety, and quality.
Participating in continuing medical education programs, scientific activities, and quality improvement.
