Abu Hilal Fast Food Company announces its need to hire a Cashier Accountant to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This is a full-time role and offers an opportunity for candidates with 0-1 years of experience to efficiently manage financial transactions and provide excellent customer service.

Role Objective

The cashier accountant plays a vital role in the company’s daily operations, handling all cash and credit transactions with accuracy and professionalism. This includes ensuring accurate sales recording, updating price lists, cash reconciliation at the end of each shift, and directly and politely interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction with the purchase experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Count and record cash at the start of the shift, ensuring sufficient small change is available.
• Accept cash, credit card payments, or other approved methods, dispense change where applicable, and issue appropriate receipts.
• Continuously update price lists, calculate prices of goods or services, prepare invoicing sheets, and apply discounts when necessary.
• Reconcile cash received with total sales at end of shift and report or resolve any discrepancies.
• Interact courteously with customers and accommodate requests to add or remove items from purchase lists.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Practical experience of 0-1 year in a related field, preferably in the food & beverage or retail sector.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately and quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and courteous customer interaction with effective problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment, with adherence to set deadlines.
• Flexibility in working hours according to shift requirements.

Job Details

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. Salary and additional benefits will be determined based on experience and qualifications after interviews.
