About the Role

Arwa Construction Company is seeking a Supervisor of Occupational Health and Safety to join its team in the Qassim region, in Al-Uyun city. This full-time role aims to ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards across all company facilities, focusing on monitoring, investigation, and preparing the necessary procedures. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Monitor the application of laws, regulatory regulations, and safety instructions related to occupational health and safety at company facilities.
• Prepare safety and health instructions, procedures, and safety posters, in addition to educating workers about them.
• Prepare and submit periodic and emergency work reports, documenting and organizing them systematically.

Inspection and Environmental Measurement Processes

• Conduct various inspections at work sites regarding occupational health and safety, including routine and incident inspections.
• Record inspection results in dedicated registers and compare them with approved standards to ensure compliance.
• Prepare equipment and devices for measuring environmental factors, and measure temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration using dedicated devices.
• Document measurement results in approved registers and follow up on addressing hazards arising from them with the competent authorities.

Investigation of Accidents and Procedure Development

• Prepare and equip the necessary tools for investigating accidents and occupational injuries.
• Conduct investigations into accidents and injuries and document the results accurately and comprehensively.
• Prepare safe work instructions and evacuation guidelines to ensure effective response in emergencies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Practical experience of 0-1 year in the field of occupational health and safety or a related field.
• Ability to understand and apply laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety.
• Good skills in report writing, documentation, and record retention.
• Ability to use devices for measuring various environmental factors.
