JOB PURPOSEFacilitates and coordinates the demand and supply planning activities to ensure that all work is within defined organizational network.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
S&OP Ownership: Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle (MBR/DMR..etc) for export markets IMS and shipments level, ensuring all required inputs are consolidated in line with company guidelines and timelines. Maintain and update the export demand planning tool, capturing inputs from regional sales, distributors, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Consolidate actual export sales data on a monthly basis to build a reliable base for developing accurate rolling forecasts. Sustain an 18-month rolling export demand forecast, updated monthly and uploaded into SAP, in full compliance with company standards. Establish early warning systems to highlight forecast deviations and market risks, ensuring timely corrective actions. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain to capture information on promotions, pricing changes, trade initiatives, and market dynamics that impact export demand. Utilize advanced data modeling and statistical techniques to improve forecast accuracy and scenario planning for export markets. Maintains the library of historical data and key learnings from previous months’ performance and release the data for those who need it.
SGNA Ordering Monitor: Oversee SGNA daily sales and provide Delivery Notes (DNs) to the 3PL to ensure proper execution of all logistics activities. Monitor and reconcile stock levels for SGNA and the US. 3PL on a monthly basis to maintain accurate inventory control.
Supply ability (Export Market) Prepare the Weekly supply planning reporting based on the available orders in system and make sure all data are within forecasted demand.
Responsiveness Measurements (Export Markets):-Monitor monthly export supply orders to ensure alignment with cut-off dates and share performance metrics with stakeholders.
Leadership:Ensure the effective achievement of departmental functional objectives through the leadership of the export demand planning function by setting objectives and managing performance.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLSBachelor's degree or Equivalent. 2-4 years of proven work experience. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or equivalent. Proficiency in working with MS office applications. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Able to work independently. Good customer service attitude.
