Red Sea Sports s Entertainment (RSSE) هي فرع تابع مخصص لـRed Sea Global (RSG)، مسؤول عن تصميم وتقديم تجارب برية وبحرية مميزة في وجهةThe Red Sea destination. تدير RSSE وتتولى تشغيل مجموعة متنوعة من العروض الرياضية والمغامرات والترفيه، بما في ذلك الرياضات المائية من خلال Galaxea، وأنشطة المغامرة عبر Akun، وتجارب الترفيه التي تقدمها WAMA.
تلعب RSSE دوراً استراتيجياً رئيسياً في الشراكة بين Red Sea Global وال Saudi Olympic s Paralympic Committee، موحدةً بطموح مشترك لتعزيز خبرات رياضية وترفيهية شاملة، متاحة وعالمية المستوى.

الغرض من الوظيفة
يُعنى فني الغوص بضمان الصيانة الآمنة والموثوقة والكفؤة لكافة معدات الغوص والأصول الفنية عبر مراكز الغوص التابعة لـGALAXEA ضمن وجهات البحر الأحمر و AMAALA. يعمل التقرير إلى مدير مركز الغوص، ويدعم عمليات الغوص اليومية من خلال الحفاظ على معدات دعم الحياة، والضاغطات، والاسطوانات، والقوارب، والمرافق المرتبطة وفقاً لتوصيات الشركات المصنّعة ومعايير PADI وإجراءات الشركة.
يلعب فني الغوص دوراً حيوياً في ضمان موثوقية المعدات والسلامة التشغيلية وطول عمر الأصول مع دعم عمليات الغوص، وإدارة المخزون، ومبادرات التحسين المستمر لتقديم تجارب استثنائية للضيوف.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- إجراء فحص دوري، صيانة، خدمات، وإصلاح معدات الغوص، بما في ذلك المنظمات، وBCDs، والأسطوانات، والاقنعة، والزعانف، وبناطيل الغوص، وغيرها من معدات دعم الحياة.
- الصيانة للضاغطات، أنظمة ترشيح الهواء، محطات ملء الاسطوانات، والمعدات المرتبطة وفقاً لمواصفات المصنع والمعايير الصناعية.
- إجراء فحوصات الاسطوانات، تنسيق الاختبار، عمليات الملء، والتوثيق مع ضمان الامتثال للوائح المعمول بها.
- تحضير، فحص، وإصدار معدات الغوص للعمليات اليومية، وضمان أن جميع المعدات نظيفة، funzionة، وآمنة لاستخدام الضيوف.
- تشخيص أعطال المعدات وأداء صيانة وقائية وتصحيحية لتقليل وقت التعطل.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة بدقة، وسجلات خدمات المعدات، وتقارير التفتيش، وسجلات الأصول.
- مراقبة مستويات مخزون قطع الغيار، والأدوات، والمواد الاستهلاكية، ومعدات الاستبدال، وتنسيق متطلبات الشراء عند الضرورة.
- دعم عمليات الغوص من خلال تجهيز المعدات، تحميل السفن، والمساعدة في اللوجستيات التشغيلية حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان بقاء الورش، غرف الضاغط، مرافق التخزين، ومناطق العمل الفنية نظيفة ومنظمة ومتوافقة مع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
- المساعدة في تشغيل معدات جديدة ودعم تعبئة مواقع مراكز الغوص الجديدة والأصول التشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع مصنعين للمعدات، ومراكز خدمة معتمدة، والموردين بخصوص الصيانة، مطالبات الضمان، والدعم الفني.
- الامتثال لسياسات GALAXEA وRSG وPADI والتوجيهات الخاصة بالوجهة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- تطبيق ممارسات السلامة والجودة وإدارة البيئة لحماية الضيوف والموظفين وأصول الشركة والبيئة البحرية.
- المشاركة في الاستعداد للطوارئ والتأكد من بقاء معدات الطوارئ قابلة للتشغيل في الخدمة.
- تحديد فرص لتحسين موثوقية المعدات، وكفاءة الصيانة، والأداء التشغيلي، والفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- أداء واجبات إضافية كما يراها مدير مركز الغوص.
متطلبات الوظيفة
المهارات والخبرة
- إجازة أو شهادة في صيانة معدات الغوص، الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة البحرية، أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- شهادات المصنعين (مثل Aqualung، Scubapro، Apeks، Mares، أو ما يعادلها) مطلوبة بشدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في صيانة معدات الغوص داخل مركز غوص تجاري، منتجع، أو بيئة عمليات بحرية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة المنظمات، وBCDs، والضاغطات، والأسطوانات، وأنظمة تعبئة الغازات، ومعدات دعم الحياة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في صيانة الضاغطات ومراقبة جودة الهواء.
- الأساليب المعتمدة في جداول صيانة المعدات وبرامج الصيانة الوقائية وأنظمة إدارة الأصول.
- معرفة بمعايير سلامة الغوص ومتطلبات فحص المعدات.
- شهادة طبية صالحة للغوص مطلوبة إن وجدت.
- شهادة PADI Divemaster أو ما يعادلها ميزة إضافية.
- فهم جيد لسلامة الورش، المناولة اليدوية، وممارسات إدارة المخاطر.
- القدرة على استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة سجلات الصيانة.

Job Purpose
The Dive Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance, servicing, and operational readiness of all diving equipment and technical assets across GALAXEA dive centres within The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations. Reporting to the Dive Center Manager, the role supports daily dive operations by maintaining life-support equipment, compressors, cylinders, boats, and associated facilities in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, PADI standards, and company procedures.
The Dive Technician plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, operational safety, and asset longevity while supporting dive operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, servicing, and repairs of diving equipment, including regulators, BCDs, cylinders, masks, fins, wetsuits, and other life-support equipment.
- Maintain compressors, air filtration systems, cylinder filling stations, and associated equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct cylinder inspections, testing coordination, filling operations, and documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare, inspect, and issue diving equipment for daily operations, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and safe for guest use.
- Diagnose equipment faults and perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimise operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment service logs, inspection reports, and asset registers.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools, consumables, and replacement equipment, coordinating procurement requirements when necessary.
- Support dive operations by preparing equipment, loading vessels, and assisting with operational logistics as required.
- Ensure workshops, compressor rooms, storage facilities, and technical work areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Assist with commissioning new equipment and supporting the mobilisation of new dive centres and operational assets.
- Coordinate with equipment manufacturers, authorised service centres, and suppliers regarding servicing, warranty claims, and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with GALAXEA, RSG, PADI, manufacturer, and destination-specific policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Apply safety, quality, and environmental management practices to protect guests, employees, company assets, and the marine environment.
- Participate in emergency response preparedness and ensure emergency equipment remains operational and serviceable.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, operational performance, and cost effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Dive Center Manager.
Job Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Qualification or certification in dive equipment servicing, mechanical engineering, marine engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Aqualung, Scubapro, Apeks, Mares, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience maintaining diving equipment within a commercial dive centre, resort, or marine operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulators, BCDs, compressors, cylinders, gas filling systems, and life-support equipment.
- Experience with compressor maintenance and air quality monitoring is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with equipment servicing schedules, preventive maintenance programmes, and asset management systems.
- Knowledge of diving safety standards and equipment inspection requirements.
- Valid Fit to Dive Medical Certificate is desirable.
- PADI Divemaster certification or equivalent is advantageous.
- Good understanding of workshop safety, manual handling, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance record management systems.
