Job Purpose:Supports the commercial and business development functions by analyzing business processes, identifying revenue opportunities, and managing essential documentation, databases, and bidding support. The role bridges technical and commercial knowledge, providing analytical insights, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing business process quality. The position demands strong system reporting capabilities, stakeholder communication, and adherence to quality, HSE, and social compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance projects Build strategic relationships with EPCs, utilities, consultants, and industrial clients. Support in preparing technical/commercial proposals and lead the sales cycle through project award. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Qualification: B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering. Related Field Experience: 5+ years' experience in Testing & Commissioning, with proven business development/sales success. Established network within the Saudi Arabian power, utility, industrial, or EPC sectors. Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
