The Business Application Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day support, administration, enhancement, and governance of the organization's enterprise business applications, primarily Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its integration with the Hospital Information System (HIS). The role acts as the primary liaison between business users, third-party vendors, and IT, ensuring application stability, successful project delivery, and continuous business process improvement. Responsibilities• Own and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP support and enhancement activities.• Provide functional support for Oracle Financials and Supply Chain, with working knowledge of Oracle HCM.• Coordinate support and enhancements for the Hospital Information System (HIS).• Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).• Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements.• Manage Oracle implementation and support partners, ensuring SLA compliance and qualitydelivery.• Plan and coordinate testing, releases, Oracle quarterly updates, and User Acceptance Testing(UAT).• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.• Drive continuous improvement of business processes and enterprise applications.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or arelated field.• 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.• Strong functional experience in Oracle Financials and Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM).• Working knowledge of Oracle HCM.• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms.• Experience managing ERP vendors and implementation partners.
