تعلن شركة (نوس العقارية) عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى مبيعات هاتفية للانضمام إلى فريق العمل
المهام الوظيفية:
تلبية طلبات العملاء العقارية بيع او تأجير
التواصل المستمر مع العملاء والتجديد
البحث للعميل عن الطلب العقاري المناسب وتقديم كافة المعلومات
تحويل اهتمام العميل الى زيارة ومعاينة للعقار
* استقبال استفسارات العملاء والرد عليها بطريقة احترافية
* متابعة طلبات العملاء وحل المشكلات والشكاوى
* تقديم الدعم والمساعدة لضمان رضا العملاء
* تسجيل ومتابعة بيانات العملاء والتقارير المتعلقة بالخدمة
* التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لتلبية احتياجات العملاء
المتطلبات:
* خبرة سابقة في خدمة العملاء (يفضل)
* مهارات تواصل ممتازة وحسن التعامل
* إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي
* القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل

مكان العمل: (الرياض/حي المهدية)
نوع الدوام: (دوام كامل)
أيام العمل: 6 أيام عمل ويوم واحد إجازة
أوقات العمل: 8 ساعات يوميًا
من الساعة 2:00 مساءً حتى 10:00 مساءً
الراتب 4000 إلى 4500

Job responsibilities:
Meeting customers’ requests for property sale or rent
Continuous communication with customers and renewal
Searching for the suitable property for the client and providing all information
Turning the client's interest into a visit and viewing of the property
* Receiving customer inquiries and replying in a professional manner
* Following up on customer requests and solving problems and complaints
* Providing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction
* Recording and tracking customer data and service-related reports
* Coordinating with different departments to meet customer needs
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and good conduct
* Proficient in computer use
* Ability to work in a team and tolerate work pressure
