Red Sea Sports s Entertainment (RSSE) هي شركة فرعية تابعة لـRed Sea Global (RSG)، مسؤولة عن تصميم وتقديم تجارب مميزة على البر والبحر في وجهة البحر الأحمر. تدير RSSE وتشغل محفظة متنوعة من الرياضات والمغامرات والترفيه
، بما في ذلك الرياضات المائية من خلال Galaxea، وأنشطة المغامرة عبر Akun، وتجارب الترفيه التي تقدمها WAMA.
تلعب RSSE دوراً إستراتيجياً رئيسياً في الشراكة بين Red Sea Global ولجنة الأولمبية السعودية Paralympic، موحدة برؤية مشتركة لتعزيز الرياضات والترفيه الشامل والمتاح والعالمي المستوى.
وباعتماد نهج يركز على الهدف والتزام قوي تجاه الناس والكوكب، تقدم RSSE برامج مبتكرة متوافقة مع رؤية السعودية 2030، داعمة لطموح المملكة في أن تصبح رائدة عالمياً في السياحة التجديدية.
الغرض من الوظيفة
المعلم الأول لرياضات الماء هو دور قيادي في الموقع مسؤول عن تقديم والإشراف على أعلى معايير تعليم رياضات الماء وتجربة الضيوف في الأصل المعين.
يجمع هذا الدور بين تقديم تعليم متقدم وقيادة ميدانية، لضمان إجراء جميع أنشطة رياضات الماء بأمان وباحترافية وبما يتماشى مع معايير الضيافة الفاخرة. كما يقوم معلم رياضات الماء الأول بتوجيه المعلمين المبتدئين، ودعم التخطيط التشغيلي، والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر للبرامج وتجارب الضيوف ضمن بيئة سياحة بحرية راقية.

- قيادة تقديم أنشطة رياضات الماء والبرامج التعليمية بأعلى معايير السلامة والجودة.
- التصرف كسلطة عليا في الماء أثناء الأنشطة، لضمان الامتثال لجميع بروتوكولات السلامة وإجراءات التشغيل.
- توجيه وتدريب ودعم مدربي رياضات الماء وأعضاء الفريق المبتدئين.
- ضمان تقديم تجارب الضيوف بشكل مهني وجذاب ولا يُنسى.
- دعم مدير رياضات الماء / العمليات في التخطيط والتنفيذ اليومي.
- الحضور القوي في الميدان، والقيادة من خلال القدوة في تفاعل الضيوف والسلامة والاحترافية.
2. دعم ما قبل الافتتاح

- المساعدة في إعداد واختبار وتكليف مرافق ومعدات رياضات الماء.
- دعم تطوير إجراءات التشغيل ومعايير السلامة ومواد التدريب.
- المساهمة في توظيف وتدريب الموظفين خلال مرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح.
- دعم فرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان جاهزية جميع مناطق الأنشطة والمعدات.
3. المسؤوليات التشغيلية (بعد الافتتاح)

- قيادة والإشراف على أنشطة رياضات الماء اليومية، وضمان التنفيذ السلس ورضا الضيوف.
- تقديم تعليم متقدم في عدة تخصصات رياضات الماء (مثلاً الكاياكينغ، التجديف الوقوف، الغوص الشامل، الأنشطة السحب، وغيرها حسب الحاجة).
- إجراء إحاطات ضيوف تفصيلية، عروض السلامة، وإشراف على الأنشطة.
- مراقبة الظروف البيئية واتخاذ قرارات تشغيلية فورية لضمان السلامة.
- الإشراف على جاهزية المعدات والتفتيش والتنسيق للصيانة.
- دعم جدولة وتخصيص المدربين ومجموعات الضيوف.
- التصرف كنقطة تصعيد للمشاكل التشغيلية وقلق الضيوف والمسائل السلامة.
- ضمان اتساق جميع الأنشطة مع سياسات الشركة وإجراءات السلامة وتوقعات الخدمة الفاخرة.
4. تطوير فريق القيادة

- توفير تدريب وتوجيه أثناء العمل للمدربين المبتدئين.
- دعم تحسين الأداء وتطوير المهارات داخل الفريق.
- ضمان الاتساق في تقديم التدريب وتفاعل الضيوف ومعايير السلامة.
- المساهمة في بناء ثقافة فريق قوية ومهنية قائمة على السلامة.
5. الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة

- ضمان أن تكون السلامة أولوية قصوى عبر جميع أنشطة رياضات الماء.
- فرض الامتثال لجميع بروتوكولات السلامة والإجراءات الطارئة وتقييم المخاطر.
- إجراء فحوص السلامة الدورية والتدقيق وفحص المعدات.
- تعزيز الوعي البيئي وممارسات التفاعل البحري المسؤول.
- التأكد من الالتزام الصارم بالمعايير التنظيمية والسلامة لدى الشركة في جميع الأوقات.

- اتباع وتطبيق جميع سياسات الشركة وSOPs والإرشادات التشغيلية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأنشطة والحوادث واستخدام المعدات والتقارير التشغيلية.
- تقديم تغذية راجعة وتحديثات منتظمة للإدارة حول العمليات والمخاطر وتجربة الضيف.
7. التحسين المستمر

- تحديد فرص تعزيز تجربة الضيف ومعايير السلامة وكفاءة التشغيل.
- المساهمة في تطوير برامج وخبرات رياضات الماء الجديدة.
- دعم الابتكار في تقديم الأنشطة واستراتيجيات تفاعل الضيوف.
متطلبات الوظيفة
المؤهلات والخبرة

- معلم رياضات ماء معتمد أو مؤهل مهني مكافئ (مثلاً ISA، RYA، أو جهة معتمدة أخرى).
- 3–5 سنوات الأقل من الخبرة في تدريس رياضات الماء أو عمليات السياحة البحرية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم تخصصات متعددة لرياضات الماء.
- يفضل خبرة في دور إشرافي أو مدرس أول.
- شهادة إسعاف أولي وإنعاش قلب رئوي سارية المفعول.
- فهم قوي لسلامة الماء وتقنيات الإنقاذ وإدارة المخاطر.

Job Purpose
The Senior Water Sports Instructor is a site-based leadership role responsible for delivering and overseeing the highest standard of water sports instruction and guest experience across the designated asset.
This role combines advanced instructional delivery with on-ground leadership, ensuring all water sports activities are conducted safely, professionally, and in line with luxury hospitality standards. The Senior Water Sports Instructor also mentors junior instructors, supports operational planning, and contributes to the continuous improvement of programs and guest experiences within a premium marine tourism environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of water sports activities and instructional programs to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Act as the senior on-water authority during activities, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Mentor, coach, and support Water Sports Instructors and junior team members.
- Ensure all guest experiences are delivered in a professional, engaging, and memorable manner.
- Support the Water Sports / Operations Manager in daily operational planning and execution.
- Maintain a strong presence in the field, leading by example in guest interaction, safety, and professionalism.
2. Pre-Opening Support

- Assist in the setup, testing, and commissioning of water sports facilities and equipment.
- Support the development of operational procedures, safety standards, and training materials.
- Contribute to staff onboarding and training during the pre-opening phase.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of all activity zones and equipment.
3. Operational Responsibilities (Post-Opening)

- Lead and supervise daily water sports activities, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Deliver advanced instruction across multiple water sports disciplines (e.g., kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, towable activities, and others as required).
- Conduct detailed guest briefings, safety demonstrations, and activity supervision.
- Monitor environmental conditions and make real-time operational decisions to ensure safety.
- Oversee equipment readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
- Support scheduling and allocation of instructors and guest groups.
- Act as escalation point for operational issues, guest concerns, and safety matters.
- Ensure all activities align with company SOPs, safety standards, and luxury service expectations.

Job Requirements
Qualifications s Experience

- Certified Water Sports Instructor or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ISA, RYA, or recognized authority).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water sports instruction or marine tourism operations.
- Proven experience delivering multiple water sports disciplines.
- Experience in a supervisory or senior instructor role is highly preferred.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (up to date).
- Strong understanding of water safety, rescue techniques, and risk management.
