Our office in Riyadh is currently seeking an Account Manager. This position is responsible for leading key client relationships within the Property & Casualty (P&C) portfolio, ensuring high‑quality advisory, strategic renewal planning, and effective placement with insurers. The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to clients and underwriters. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Leadership — Manage major client accounts, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure delivery of high‑quality service and strategic guidance. Renewal Strategy Review — Develop, review, and execute renewal strategies that align with client risk profiles, market conditions, and underwriting appetite. Insight & Reporting Delivery — Prepare and present analytical reports, market insights, and coverage recommendations to support client decision‑making. Underwriter Engagement — Lead discussions with insurers by presenting relevant underwriting information, ensuring client risk, contractual, and strategic requirements are fully addressed. Operational & Compliance Management — Ensure adherence to timelines, internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards. Business Development — Identify and develop cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities across the client portfolio to support revenue growth. Skills & Competencies Client Relationship Management — Ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long‑term strategic relationships. Analytical Skills — Strong capability to interpret data, assess risk, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Communication & Presentation Skills — Clear, structured communication in both written and verbal formats; strong presentation skills for clients and insurers. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree is an advantage. Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).7–8 years of experience in Property & Casualty within an insurance broker or insurance company. ACII qualification (completed or in progress) preferred.
