Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Create engaging and compelling content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements. Develop and manage the company's content calendar. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Collaborate with designers, sales, and operations teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices. Support brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Generate innovative marketing ideas to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing. Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Excellent creative content writing and copywriting skills. Good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using AI-powered marketing tools such as Chat GPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
