Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist healthcare professionals with basic patient care tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, report changes to the supervising nurse, and document observations accurately.
• Help with routine clinical procedures under supervision, ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and common areas; dispose of medical waste according to policy.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, transportation within the facility, and patient escort as needed.
• Support administrative tasks such as record updating, filing, and data entry with attention to confidentiality.
• Provide compassionate, respectful communication with patients and families, addressing basic questions and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Participate in continuing education and on-the-job training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (جامعي) or equivalent in a relevant field; native or fluent Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• 1 to 5 years of related healthcare experience preferred but not required for the right candidate with strong motivation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and ensure patient safety.
