We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, 3D surface modeling, and technical spatial data across large-scale Infrastructure and Mass Earthworks projects. The candidate will be responsible for integrating civil design models, resolving spatial clashes between earthworks, grading, and underground utilities, and supporting technical office teams with accurate digital representation of site conditions. Key Responsibilities:Develop, coordinate, and maintain 3D/4D BIM models for site grading, excavation profiles, mass filling, and infrastructure utility networks. Conduct clash detection, spatial coordination, and model reviews between civil earthworks and underground utility systems. Collaborate with technical engineers, surveyors, and design consultants to extract accurate quantities, cross-sections, and shop drawings from BIM models. Ensure compliance with Project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ISO 19650 standards, and client modeling guidelines. Manage Common Data Environments (CDE) and maintain structured model version control and documentation logs. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Required Certifications & Skills:Expert proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, Revit, and BIM 360 / ACC. Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Professional certification in Civil 3D or BIM Management is a strong plus. Experience: Minimum 4–6+ years of BIM coordination experience specifically in civil infrastructure, mass earthworks, and site development projects. Strong expertise in surface modeling, point cloud data processing, earthwork volume extraction, and technical coordination.
