المهندس الميداني III – الحفر بالضغط المُدار (MPD) مسؤول عن التخطيط والتنفيذ وتحسين عمليات الحفر بالضغط المُدار في مواقع آبار العملاء. يوفر الدور خبرة هندسية متقدمة، وقيادة تشغيلية، ودعمًا فنيًا لضمان أداء حفر آمن وفعال وموثوق مع تلبية توقعات العملاء ومعايير الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية. يعمل عن كثب مع العملاء، ومقاولي الحفر، والفرق الداخلية، ويعمل كالمورد الهندسي الأساسي لمشروعات MPD المعقدة على البر والمحيطات الواسع.
المسؤوليات:
- قيادة تنفيذ عمليات الحفر بالضغط المُدار (MPD) وفقاً لبرامج الهندسة المعتمدة، وإجراءات التشغيل، ومعايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة.
- توفير دعم هندسي في الوقت الفعلي أثناء الحفر، والتشغيل، وتشغيل الأنابيب، والعملية التثبيت، وأي نشاطات حفر أخرى تتطلب MPD.
- رصد وتحليل وتحسين معايير الحفر، الأداء الهيدروليكي، وبيانات الضغط للحفاظ على تحكم في ضغط البئر.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة البترول، الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الكيميائية، أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في حفر النفط والغاز، بما في ذلك 5 سنوات على الأقل في عمليات MPD.
- خبرة مثبتة في دعم مشروعات MPD المعقدة على البر والبحر.
- القدرة على السفر دولياً والعمل في مهام دوارة في مواقع نائية.
- شهادة IWCF أو IADC في السيطرة على البئر (المستوى المشرف).
- خبرة في بيئات HPHT، المياه العميقة، الوصول الطويل، الخزان المستنزف، وأعمال الحفر في هوامش ضيقة.
- معرفة بنظم الضغط الثابت في قاع البئر CBHP، وحفر الغطاء الملاحي بمكبس مضغوط PMCD، وحفر غطاء الملاحة MCD، وتثبيت مزج الضغط المُدار.
- شهادات H₂S، الإسعاف الأولي/المساعدة القلبية التنفسية، BOSIET، وبقاء خارج المنصة (عند الاقتضاء).

Job Overview
The Field Engineer III – Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Managed Pressure Drilling operations at customer well sites. The role provides advanced engineering expertise, operational leadership, and technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable drilling performance while meeting customer expectations, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with customers, drilling contractors, and internal teams, the Field Engineer III serves as the primary engineering resource for complex onshore and offshore MPD projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations in accordance with approved engineering programs, operational procedures, and HSE standards.
- Provide real-time engineering support during drilling, tripping, casing running, cementing, and other well construction activities requiring MPD.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize drilling parameters, hydraulic performance, and pressure data to maintain wellbore pressure control.
- Operate and oversee automated MPD control systems to maintain target bottom-hole pressure throughout drilling operations.
- Develop engineering recommendations and operational adjustments based on real-time well conditions and technical analysis.
- Support pre-job planning, hazard identification, risk assessments, and technical reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise the rig-up, pressure testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and rig-down of MPD equipment.
- Coordinate field activities with drilling supervisors, company representatives, rig personnel, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Investigate operational issues and equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare accurate daily operational reports, engineering analyses, end-of-well reports, and lessons learned documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, customer requirements, API standards, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Field Engineers and Field Specialists.
- Support equipment commissioning, new technology implementation, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain equipment readiness and support mobilization planning for upcoming projects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality technical support and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) technologies, equipment, and operational applications.
- Thorough understanding of well control principles, drilling hydraulics, and surface back-pressure management.
- Experience with Rotating Control Devices (RCD), MPD choke systems, Coriolis flow measurement systems, and automated MPD control systems.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, pressure analysis, and interpretation of real-time drilling data.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, instrumentation, and operational issues under demanding field conditions.
- Knowledge of drilling data acquisition systems and digital drilling technologies.
