Job Description

The Sales Helper will support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has experience with luxury or high-end dress brands, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily sales targets.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Prepare fitting rooms and assist customers during fittings when required.
• Process new stock deliveries and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Help with inventory counts and stock transfers.
• Build positive relationships with customers and promote the brand's image.
• Support store operations and perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Philippine nationality.
• Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably with luxury or high-end dress brands.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury products.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
