In this role, you will oversee manufacturing lines and ensure operational efficiency and product quality according to the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Direct supervision of production line operations for evaporated milk and cream. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards, maintaining compliance with technical specifications. Optimize production line efficiency, minimize waste, and streamline operational costs. Develop daily and monthly production schedules and allocate tasks to production teams. Coordinate closely with the maintenance department to ensure optimal equipment readiness. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Food Science, or related field). Proven hands-on experience in the manufacturing of evaporated milk and cream. Deep knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP / ISO 22000). Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage production workflows effectively.
