We're a commercial fit-out company delivering restaurants, cafés and retail spaces across Riyadh. Our reputation is built on one promise: we open our clients on time. We need a closer who can own a client relationship from first meeting to signature. What you'll do:Take qualified opportunities and turn them into signed projects Run client meetings, coordinate site surveys with our estimating team, present proposals and negotiate Own your pipeline and your numbers Be the trusted face the client decides to build with You'll thrive here if you:Have closed B2B deals before — ideally in construction, fit-out, real estate or a high-value sale Understand commercial clients (restaurant owners, retail brands, franchises) and how they think Can build trust fast and hold your ground in a negotiation Are fluent in Arabic and English, and know the Riyadh market What we offer:A commission-only structure with strong, uncapped, tiered earnings — top closers here earn very well Up to 500K SAR/year Milestone-based payouts so you're paid as deals progress, not just at the end The backing of a real delivery team and estimating support — you sell a product that gets delivered Autonomy, and a direct line to leadership This is built for a proven closer who backs themselves and wants earnings that match their ability.
