عن الدور:
تبحث شركة الشحن الرائدة في مكة عن مشرف مستودع للإشراف وتحسين جميع عمليات المستودع. سيكون المرشح المثالي قائد فريق ديناميكي، يدير مخزون وعمليات تلبية الطلب، يضمن الامتثال للسلامة، ويستخدم الخبرة التقنية في أنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS) لزيادة الكفاءة والدقة.
المسؤوليات:- الإشراف على عمليات المستودع اليومية بما في ذلك الاستلام والتخزين والتجميع والتغليف والشحن
- استخدام برمجيات WMS لتتبع المخزون، معالجة الطلبات، وتوليد تقارير التشغيل
- إجراء جرد دوري وجرد مادي للحفاظ على دقة المخزون
- فرض بروتوكولات السلامة والامتثال للوائح ذات الصلة
- التنسيق مع فرق اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد لتحسين الإنتاجية وتقليل التأخيرات
- قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز موظفي المستودع لتحقيق أهداف الأداء والجودة
- تطوير والحفاظ على إجراءات التشغيل القياسية ومبادرات التحسين المستمر
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة
المؤهلات المطلوبة:- 2–5 سنوات من الخبرة كمشرف مستودع أو في دور مشابه ضمن الشحن أو اللوجستيات
- إتقان برمجيات أنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS) تقنية
- معرفة قوية بإدارة التوريد، إدارة اللوجستيات، والمراقبة المخزونية (غير تقنية)
- إظهار مهارات قيادة الفريق وتطوير الموظفين (غير تقنية)
- فهم قوي للامتثال لسلامة المستودع والمعايير التنظيمية (غير تقنية)
- خبرة بعمليات إتمام الطلبات والحفاظ على الكفاءة التشغيلية (غير تقنية)
- مهارات تنظيمية واتصال وحل مشكلات ممتازة
المؤهلات المفضلة:- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذات صلة
- 5+ سنوات من الخبرة الإشرافية في مركز توزيع أو شحن واسع النطاق
- خبرة في تطبيق منهجيات Lean أو مشاريع تحسين العمليات
- الاطلاع على أنظمة ERP وأدوات التقارير المتقدمة
- شهادات مهنية مثل Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) أو تدريب سلامة OSHA

About the Role:
Top Shipping Company in Makkah is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, manage inventory and order fulfillment processes, ensure safety compliance, and leverage technical expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory, process orders, and generate operational reports
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain stock accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize throughput and minimize delays
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and quality targets
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
Required Qualifications:- 2–5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role within shipping or logistics
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) software (technical)
- Strong knowledge of supply management, logistic management, and inventory control (non-technical)
- Demonstrated team leadership and staff development skills (non-technical)
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety compliance and regulatory standards (non-technical)
- Experience with order fulfillment processes and maintaining operational efficiency (non-technical)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a large-scale distribution or shipping center
- Experience implementing Lean methodologies or process improvement projects
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools
- Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or OSHA safety training
