Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stewarding Manager to lead our stewarding Team. If you have strong hotel experience, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the stewarding team to ensure smooth back‑of‑house operations Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen and service areas Oversee inventory, storage, and proper handling of equipment and supplies Coordinate with culinary and F&B departments to support daily operations Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, SOPs, and hygiene procedures Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence Ensure compliance with hotel standards and local regulations
Requirements Hotel experience is mandatory (preferably in a similar role) Strong leadership and team‑management skills Good command of English (spoken and written) Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
