We're Hiring: Buyer – Facilities Management (FM) We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in purchasing within the Facilities Management (FM) industry and a proven ability to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely procurement of materials and services. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to order completion. Evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and select the most suitable suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Create, update, and maintain supplier accounts and records. Monitor purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and expedite urgent orders. Verify deliveries and coordinate invoice approvals for payment processing. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Buyer in a Facilities Management (FM) company. Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management within the FM industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills. Experience with ERP/procurement systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
