A leading organization in the Construction sector is looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory levels, improving supplier performance, and driving operational efficiency across the entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities• Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.• Develop and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.• Oversee the full procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance management.• Manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and material flow.• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, supplier performance, and working capital utilization.• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics operations.• Lead and develop supply chain teams while promoting collaboration across departments.
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.• 9–10 years of experience in supply chain operations including planning, procurement, and warehouse management.• Strong experience in supplier management, inventory planning, and logistics operations.• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are highly preferred.
