What You'll Do
• Develop and execute consumer communications strategies that support business objectives, campaigns, and brand positioning.
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and corporate announcements from a consumer communications perspective.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer, lifestyle, technology, business, and trade media across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify storytelling opportunities that showcase Keeta's impact on consumers, merchants, riders, and local communities.
• Develop press materials including press releases, media pitches, Q&As, key messages, briefing documents, and spokesperson talking points.
• Manage media inquiries and support interviews, media briefings, and press events.
• Partner closely with Marketing to ensure earned media complements paid and owned campaigns.
• Work with Social Media and Content teams to maximize communications opportunities across owned channels.
• Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and the broader food delivery landscape to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage communications agencies to ensure high-quality execution, reporting, and delivery against agreed KPIs.
What We Need From You
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs.
• Experience in consumer technology, e-commerce, food delivery, FMCG, retail, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape with established relationships with key journalists.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
