We're looking for an experienced Monitoring Manager to lead our media monitoring function, delivering actionable insights across traditional media, digital platforms, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the media monitoring team and oversee daily operations. Monitor and analyze media coverage across print, broadcast, online, and social media channels. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports with actionable insights. Track campaign performance, sentiment, share of voice, and industry trends. Identify potential reputational risks and provide timely alerts. Collaborate with PR and account teams to support client objectives through data-driven insights. Ensure the quality and accuracy of monitoring reports and presentations.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.5+ years of experience in media monitoring, PR, or communications, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience using media monitoring and social listening platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
