تقع AMAALA على الساحل الشمالي الغربي من المملكة العربية السعودية وتضم بعضاً من أكثر البيئات الطبيعية تنوعاً. كمرحلة جديدة للسياحة الشاملة للصحة والرفاهية، سيضم منتجع Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA في Triple Bay 220 وحدة تشمل غرفاً وأجنحة، بالإضافة إلى فلل ببركها الخاصة، و26 فيلا سكنية ذات علامة تجارية، جميعها مصممة بعناية لتقديم إطلالات خلابة على الخليج والبحر. سيشمل المنتجع سبا فخم داخل حديقته من الهدوء والإلهام مع شلال منحوت. ستكون حديقة السبا العضوية نقطة محورية وتجربة علاجية مصممة لتنشيط الحواس، مقدمة علاجات علاجية موسعة بما في ذلك الهالوتراي، والتجميد، وعلاجات البشرة المتقدمة.
وللمدّعين باللياقة البدنية، ستقدم الملكية تعاوناً مخصصاً مع مدرب اللياقة هارلي باستيناك لدمج التدريب عالي الأداء بسلاسة مع الإمكانات غير المحدودة لـ Triple Bay التي تبلغ 300 هكتار (741 فداناً) من التلال والكثبان والشواطئ غير الملوثة. تضمان التضاريس النقية مسارات مثالية للكانيونينغ واستكشاف المنحدرات والوديان الوعرة. يمكن للنزلاء والمقيمين أيضاً المشاركة في مجموعة من الرحلات الإرشادية، وركوب الدراجات الجبلية، ومسارات رُبْل الخيول، أو العمل على لعبتهم في ملعب الغولف الساحلي المكون من 27 حفرة والواقع على المحيط.

نحن نبحث عن وكيل متجر تجزئة متحمس وتركّز قوته على العميل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية، ومساعدة العملاء في مشترياتهم، والحفاظ على متجر منظم وذو عرض مميز، ودعم عمليات المتجر اليومية. ستلعب دوراً مهماً في خلق تجربة تسوق إيجابية مع المساهمة في نجاح العمل.
ما ستفعله
استقبال العملاء وتقديم مساعدة ودية ومهنية.
فهم احتياجات العميل وتوصية المنتجات المناسبة.
تنفيذ معاملات البيع بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع.
ملء الرفوف والحفاظ على عروض منتجات جذابة.
مراقبة مستويات المخزون والمساعدة في إدارة المخزون.
استلام وتفريغ وتنظيم التسليمات الواردة.
الحفاظ على بيئة بيع بالتجزئة نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة.
التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء، والإرجاع والشكاوى باحتراف.
دعم الأنشطة الترويجية والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
العمل بتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لضمان سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة.
ما ستقدمه
خبرة سابقة في التجزئة أو المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء مفضلة لكنها غير مطلوبة.
مهارات اتصال وتفاعل ممتازة.
عقلية تضع العميل في المقام الأول مع موقف إيجابي ومهني.
مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل بفاعلية في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
مهارات حاسوبية أساسية؛ خبرة في أنظمة POS تعتبر ميزة.
الموثوقية والمرونة وأخلاقيات عمل قوية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وبجزء من فريق.
الاستعداد للعمل بنظام ورديات مرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية عند الطلب.

About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies.
For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. About the role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Shop Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining an organized and well-presented store, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop. You will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience while contributing to the success of the business.
What you will do
Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
What you bring
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
