Role Description The Business Development Manager – Corporate Systems Integration (SI) is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new corporate SI business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and system integrators, and driving revenue growth for Ben Q’s solutions portfolio. The manager will conduct market analysis, map target accounts, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, and negotiate commercial terms in alignment with company guidelines. Daily activities include coordinating with internal product, marketing, and technical teams to design integrated solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. The role also involves representing Ben Q at industry events, tracking competitor activities, and providing feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and corporate offerings.
Qualifications Business development and sales skills, including opportunity identification, account management, and deal negotiation.4+ years of business development / enterprise sales experience within the IT Systems Integration industry in Saudi Arabia Experience in corporate systems integration, IT or AV solutions, and familiarity with enterprise technology environments. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities across clients, partners, and internal teams. Strategic and analytical skills for market research, pipeline management, and sales forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or project management are a plus. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets within the Middle East region, preferably in corporate or SI sectors. Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, travel within the region when required, and collaborate in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
