We are looking for an execution-driven, highly aggressive Commercial Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day commercial activities across distributor, trade, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced FMCG environments, possesses a relentless follow-up mindset, and takes full ownership of in-market execution.
You will play a critical role in ensuring maximum product visibility, cold-stock availability, and commercial performance across Modern Trade (MT), Traditional Trade (TT), and E-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities Distributor Management (Daily Control): Serve as the main daily point of contact for our distributor.
Track listings, pricing compliance, visibility, and volume targets.
Follow up relentlessly to ensure execution in the market and fix operational issues fast.
Trade Marketing & POSM Execution: Manage Point of Sale Materials (POSM) end-to-end, from briefing suppliers to production and field deployment.
Ensure dominant in-store visibility (fridges, shelves, and correct pricing).
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly between sales, marketing, operations, and external agencies.
Manage activity timelines tightly and ensure all moving parts are perfectly aligned.
Product Launch Execution: Support new product and flavor launches across MT, TT, and E-com.
Ensure total launch readiness across listings, stock allocation, and marketing assets before go-live.
Execution & Follow-through: Own tasks end-to-end.
Drive daily follow-ups, close operational loops, and ensure commercial delivery without delays.
2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector (sales, key accounts, or commercial operations), working either on the brand side or distributor side.
Execution-focused and hands-on operator with a "get-things-done" mindset.
Highly market-driven and field-active: Willing to spend significant time in the market checking execution, visiting stores, and keeping both distributor and internal teams in check.
Strong ownership mindset with relentless follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Based in Riyadh with a valid driver's license and access to a car for daily field visits.
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is a must.
Saudi National (Mandatory).
