Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi contractor focused on high-quality large-scale residential projects in Saudi Arabia.

As a Senior QA/QC Architecture Engineer, you will be responsible for leading all architectural quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure that all architectural works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, contract requirements, local regulations, and international quality standards while promoting a culture of quality across project teams.

The position involves:

• Lead all architectural QA/QC activities across assigned construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications, approved shop drawings, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and surveillance to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Monitor architectural finishing works including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, ceilings, painting, cladding, facades, doors, windows, and all architectural finishes.
• Identify non-conformance issues (NCRs), lead root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Consultants, Contractors, Technical Office, Construction, and Project Management teams to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor subcontractors' quality performance and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Ensure all inspection and testing records are properly maintained and documented.
• Participate in project handover, snagging, de-snagging, and final acceptance inspections.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors while promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC for architectural works within large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience leading QA/QC activities for residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Experience preparing and implementing Project Quality Plans (PQP), ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC documentation.
• Strong experience in architectural finishes inspection and quality management.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Strong understanding of project specifications, local building regulations, and international quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC documentation systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage for GCC projects).
