The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and support the development of strategic partnerships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. The role involves meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting solutions, negotiating terms under guidance, and providing follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience. The specialist will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and business growth initiatives.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and performance data to inform business decisions. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for client meetings, presentations, and internal collaboration. Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a business pipeline. Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to assess customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and support long-term client relationships. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred. Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the local or regional market, is beneficial.
